Palliative Care Australia, in collaboration with Palliative Care Victoria, has published a fact sheet called ‘How Palliative Care Can Help’ in twenty-one (21) different languages.
The fact sheet is avaialbe in these languages: Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, English, Farsi, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Karen, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Serbian, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog, Tigrinya, ,Turkish, Urdu and Vietnamese.
The Fact Sheets outline how palliative care can help people, such as, a nurse calling or visiting at home to see how you are progressing, assistance with medications, and more. This fact sheet can be helpful to a person who is palliative as well as the people who are important to them and caregivers.
